These terms cover your use of caitlingoesdigital.com and anything you buy here. The site is run by Caitlin (Caitlin Goes Digital, ABN 62 641 945 753) from Melbourne, Australia. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

Using the site

Everything on the site, including guides, videos, blog posts, designs and other content, is provided for your personal use and information.

You’re welcome to share links to the site and its content. Please don’t copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute or republish the content as your own.

Buying digital products

• Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• After payment, you’ll receive a download link by email and on your order confirmation page. Download links may expire or have download limits.
• Products are digital files. Nothing will be physically posted to you.

What you can do with a product

Unless the product page says otherwise, products are provided under a personal licence. Where a product specifically permits commercial use, you may use it in your own business in accordance with the licence stated on the product page.

You don’t receive ownership of the underlying files or content.

You can’t resell, redistribute, share, give away, sublicense or upload the original files, or claim the underlying content as your own.

Refunds

Because our products are digital, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, including where you’ve downloaded or accessed a product.

Nothing in this section affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, isn’t as described, or you have a problem accessing or downloading it, please get in touch. We’ll work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund where required by law.

Australian Consumer Law rights can’t be excluded by these terms.

Results and income

Any income figures on this site, including shop earnings and revenue numbers, are real results from Caitlin’s own shops at the time stated.

They’re not typical results and aren’t a promise or guarantee of what you may earn. Your results will depend on many factors, including your products, effort, skills, market, timing and other circumstances outside our control.
